My favorite magazine of all time. I decided to trace back through some of their old editions there absolutely fabulous! Considering their first issue was in 1916 the covers are so feminine and beautiful they wouldn't look out of place today.

I have my first gcse on monday and I am going to seriously fail it. I have the attention span of a cucumber.  In fact if cucumbers even had an attention span it would be greater than mine. I cant revise because my mind soon wanders off and without realising i'm flicking through the pages of the new next directory and writing in my blog (current example of what i am doing now). Why did i even take higher science i don't really like science i just liked the idea of getting 4 gcse's out of it. But as Einstein did say... "imagination is more important than knowledge. for while knowledge defines all we currently know and understand, imagination points to all we might yet discover and create." mmm so... stop revising and start discussing Alberta Ferretti's spring/summer 2009 collection. i adore her! all her collections have always had a beautiful grecian feel, she really makes women look like living goddess's with her clothes!
these are a few of my favorites..

new year, new start

The the clanking of glasses, hugs and of course the singing of old lang syne surely started off 2009 with a bang or perhaps it was the banging inside my head in the morning from the wine i drank on new years eve. You just cant put a price label on fun. It's a fresh new start for me in more ways than one. In 2008 i grew up alot, lost friends and gained friends,i fell in love with art and photography and even more so with my music. so resolutions~ be a better person, fill my new sketch book to the brim with art, get more tanned, blog more, get a job, start building up my vintage collection of clothes, paint murals on wardrobe and chester drawers, save up for an slr, get a completely differnt hairstyle, go to more gigs and just have a smooth as year.

~Currently reading chasing harry wintston and indulging myself with Audrey Kawaksaki, Emilliana Torrini and bourbon biscuits!~

PEACE!
